     the U.S.-North Korea Agreed Framework for nuclear weapons control, and
     to place certain restrictions on U.S. foreign aid to North Korea.
 H. Con. Res. 53 (text, p. 26-28; amendment, p. 33), to express the sense of
     Congress that Taiwan President Lee Teng-hui should be granted a visa for
     a private visit to the U.S., in order to receive an honorary degree from
     his alma mater, Cornell University.
